Mental Health Therapist, Consultant, and Speaker

I am passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate seasons of change and transition. I care deeply about helping individuals find clarity, hope, and confidence when life feels uncertain or overwhelming. What draws me to this work are the quiet, meaningful moments when perspective begins to shift—when confusion softens and people start to see themselves and their circumstances with greater compassion, honesty, and hope. I strive to create safe, supportive spaces where clients can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and what matters most.

As a wife, mother, mental health therapist and entrepreneur, I understand how challenging it can be to find your rhythm in the midst of constant change. I’ve navigated many seasons of transition myself and know what it feels like to sense things shifting while quietly wondering, Am I doing this right? Can I handle what’s next?

In therapy, I support individuals in moving from feeling overwhelmed and unsure to feeling more grounded, confident, and aligned. Our work together is a space to slow down and get honest—about your thoughts, emotions, and needs. We’ll explore what truly matters to you, work through unhelpful thought patterns, establish healthier rhythms, strengthen self-care, and grow more confident in using your voice. My heart is to ensure you feel supported as you navigate your current season and step into what’s next with clarity and purpose.

Outside of sessions, you might find me spending time with my family, journaling, reading, coloring, dancing, or listening to music—simple practices that help me stay grounded, present and connected.
